It wouldn't be summer without tomatoes. Nothing can compare with that locally-grown, vine-ripened flavor. Even though we've scaled back our commercial vegetable operation, we're continuing to grow tomatoes, a vegetable that we, and many others, love dearly. In the 2017 season, we will have red slicers, cherries, and uniquely shaped heirlooms available for local restaurants and customers. Our produce is never grown using harmful fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides, and we never use genetically modified seed.
